It was developed as part of a building series in multiple scales to create a “modern village” concept and blend into its New England surroundings. Hancock Associates was a partner from the initial design with civil engineering and land surveying through the final design with landscape architecture.

In 2012, St. John’s Prep began carrying out their strategic plan for the future, known as Prep 20/20.
