Hancock Associates is pleased to announce that Jay Polakiewicz has passed the professional engineering exam and is now a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts. Jay joined Hancock Associates in 2017 through Hancock’s internship program as an Instrument Operator. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2023.
Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and is a certified Soil Evaluator. He lives in Beverly, Massachusetts.

He has an extremely high level of technical ability and understanding of nuances of town workings, regulations and key players.
