Business Development Director - Danvers
We are seeking a Business Development Director to augment existing business development and marketing activities. Candidate must have degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field, and a minimum of 5 years experience with multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental, architecture, and/or construction related firms.
Duties include identification and pursuit of new business leads, promotion of company mission statement, research new markets, network with potential client organizations, warm calls, assist Project Managers with client retention and appreciation programs, supervise marketing activities, maintain database of client contacts, etc.
Candidates must be computer literate in Word, Excel, and database software. Must be self-starter, well organized, excellent presentation skills, and have a technical aptitude.
Marketing Coordinator-Danvers
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to augment existing marketing activities. Candidate must have degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience with multi-disciplinary civil engineering, environmental, architecture and/or construction related firms.
Duties include creation and maintenance of brochures, qualification packages, mailers, networking with related industry organizations, chambers of commerce, etc.; prepare proposals; manage photography of prominent projects; maintain database of client contacts; write press releases; advertise with print media; assist Project Managers with presentations, proposals, trade shows; etc.
Candidates must be computer literate in Excel, Adobe, Photoshop and other graphic software. Must be self-starter, well organized and have a technical aptitude.
Project Surveyor / Manager
Our firm is seeking a Project Surveyor/ Manager for our Marlborough, MA office. We are looking for a person with 5+ years experience in land surveying.
Experience should include surveys such as: Boundary, ALTA/ACSM, Existing Conditions, Topographic, Land Court, Wetlands, Construction Layout, Condominiums, and coordinating with GPS and Aerial Photogrammetry. AutoDesk software experience is required; LDD 2000i or better preferred. SIT or PLS preferred. Experience working on multidisciplinary projects requiring coordination with civil engineering, landscape architecture and environmental consultants is helpful.
