Controller (North Shore)


Our firm is seeking a Controller for our Danvers, MA office. The right candidate will be intelligent, detail-oriented, focused and motivated. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously are a must. Experience with Axium based or Protrax accounting software is preferred..

The Controller will be responsible for, and manage administrative staff on, accounting functions including cash management, A/P, A/R, credit, and collections. You will manage information from multiple locations, provide management with timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, coordinate budgeting company-wide, manage relationships with lenders, and explore financial alternatives. You will report directly to the president and be involved in top management decisions including company strategic development plans and programs.

Other Responsibilities include:
   - Prepare and assist accountant with tax filings
   - Manage and direct the annual audits
   - Month end closings
   - Provide reports to Project Managers

Requirements:
   - Technical expertise in Excel and accounting
       software
   - Proven analytic, organizational, communication,
       and interpersonal skills
   - Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects
       and deadlines
   - Accounting degree with 10 years of experience,
       with a minimum of 2 years in supervisory role
   - CPA or MBA preferred
   - Experience in the engineering or construction
       industry preferred


Billing/Collections Manager


Our firm is seeking a Billing/Collections Manager. The right candidate will be intelligent, detail-oriented, focused and motivated.        package and Accounting Software

   - MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years experience with
       Billings and Collections


Civil Engineer/Project Manager (North Shore)


Our firm is seeking a Registered Professional Civil Engineer for our Danvers, MA office. Qualified candidates should have 7+ years experience in civil/site design. Desired skills include; project management, staff supervision, strong technical skills as well as proficiency with CAD tools and Office software. Good knowledge of commercial and residential site, utility, storm water and sanitary design and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a strong work ethic and demonstrated experience in business development and client relations.

Civil/Geotechnical Engineer (North Shore)


Our firm is seeking an experienced Civil/Geotechnical Project Engineer/Manager. An eligible candidate must be a Registered PE in the State of Massachusetts and have Civil/Site design and Geotechnical Engineering experience in the state. Licenses in NH, CT, and RI is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. The position includes proposals, hands on design, supervision of staff engineers, and representation of projects in front of municipal boards and other agencies.

Required skills include: preparation and interpretation of geotechnical reports, structural elements of civil/site design (e.g. retaining walls, footbridges), preparation of construction specifications, construction oversight and administration. This is a great opportunity for a team player with the right skills to expand the Geotechnical Department.
