Community Efforts & The Danversport Explosion
In the aftermath and cleanup of the Danversport explosion of November 22, 2006 in Danvers, MA, the town called Hancock Associates to conduct an emergency survey of the first five condemned houses. The company was able to be on-site in less than 24 hours. The first task was to locate the houses prior to their demolition so that their "footprint" location could be preserved for future reconstruction of the dwellings. > to full article
