Project Overview

Hancock provided pro bono surveying services for the project – Hancock Associates is proud to support The Cabot’s restoration! Our Existing Conditions survey laid the groundwork for exciting exterior updates designed by SV Design, Siemasko + Verbridge, including a stunning arched window with views from the lobby, a vintage-style sign reminiscent of the original 1920s Ware Theater days, and a new weather canopy to provide shelter for patrons waiting in line.
