Project Overview

Hancock Associates provided land surveying services for a boundary survey of 115 acres of town owned land under a Conservation Restriction. The agricultural land is located within a floodplain of the Connecticut River. This project required extensive title research to match old town-owned parcels with boundary evidence that had not been recovered in many years. It also required tying into the railroad baseline and researching the status of older town roads.
