Hancock Associates, a leading provider of land surveying, civil engineering, and wetland science services, is pleased to announce that Brian Geaudreau, P.E., has been promoted to Engineering Manager, Western Operations. In this role, he will oversee the engineering staff in the firm’s western offices with Joe Peznola, P.E., Hancock’s Director of Engineering. Brian will also continue to work alongside Katie Cruz, P.E., LEED AP, whose role as Engineering Manager has expanded to include all of Hancock’s eastern offices.
Brian’s responsibilities as Engineering Manager, Western Operations, include personnel management, work allocation, project oversight, business performance and development, QA/QC, and coordination with Hancock’s land surveying, wetland science, and billing and administration departments.
Brian joined Hancock Associates in 2011 as a Staff Engineer, steadily advancing his career. He was elevated to the position of Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate in 2025. Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is a Professional Civil Engineer and a certified Soil Evaluator in Massachusetts. He lives in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
