Hancock Associates is pleased to announce that Caitlin White, WPIT has been promoted to Project Manager.

Caitlin joined Hancock Associates’ Danvers office as a Staff Wetland Scientist and was promoted to Project Wetland Scientist in 2025. As a Project Wetland Scientist, she performs wetland delineations, identifies plants and classifications, performs soil analysis, determines hydrology, facilitates the permitting process by preparing narratives and applications at the local and state level, presents projects to Conservation Commissions at public hearings, applies state and municipal regulations to proposed work for projects, and drafts technical reports based on monitoring construction sites and restoration plantings. As Project Manager, Caitlin will be responsible for client services including proposals, scheduling, logistics, and coordination while leading the ecological phases of Hancock projects.

Caitlin has a Graduate Certificate in Ecosystem Measurements and Data Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, a Graduate Certificate in Soil Science from the University of New Hampshire, and Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is a Wetland Professional in Training (WPIT), USACE Wetland Delineator certified, OSHA 10-hour certified, and pursuing focused experience and coursework to become a Professional Wetland Scientist and a Certified Soil Scientist. Caitlin is also a member of the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS) and the Association of Massachusetts Wetland Scientists (AMWS), and is an active member of Hancock’s Emerging Professionals Group. She lives in Derry, New Hampshire.
