Carlos Frias, P.L.S. as over 39 years of land surveying experience managing various public and private sector projects including large-scale construction jobs, boundary retracement surveys, “Form A” and definitive subdivision projects, as-built and easement plans, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, land court surveys, topographic and existing condition surveys and condominium projects. He is responsible for client contact, contracts and proposal negotiations, billing, field and office personnel supervision and project presentations to approving authorities.
