Charlie E. Wear, P.E., LEED AP

Charlie Wear, P.E., LEED AP has been a licensed Civil Professional Engineer for over 30 years. His extensive experience includes managing the site design of innumerable projects throughout New England including, including several large campus institutional and biotech sites stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewerage disposal systems, roadways, utilities, design permitting, Planning Board and Conservation Commission interaction and client relations. Prior to joining Hancock Associates, Charlie was President and Director of Engineering of a well-known regional civil engineering and land surveying firm.
