Don Frydryk, P.E., P.L.S.

Don Frydryk, P.E., P.L.S. has over 35 years of land surveying and civil engineering experience as Owner of Sherman & Frydryk, LLC, a well-respected land surveying and civil engineering firm. Throughout his career, he has served as Principal-in-Charge and Project Engineer/Surveyor on projects such as subdivision designs, site plan development, road and street reconstruction and highway design. His long list of prominent and long-standing clients includes residential and commercial developers, municipalities, service utilities, MassDOT, hospitals and more throughout Hampden, Hampshire and Worcester counties and the surrounding areas. His firm, Sherman & Frydryk, joined Hancock Associates in 2021.

In his position as Business Development Coordinator, Don fosters ongoing relationships with his client base, networks to establish prospective new clientele and generates opportunities for Hancock’s surveying, engineering and wetland science divisions. He also continues to mentor and train staff, sharing and teaching all the great skills and traits that have made him a leader in the industry.
