Gregory Gould, P.L.S. has been with Hancock Associates for over 20 years, elevating to Associate in 2017. He has a broad knowledge of field and office techniques and has experience working on a wide range of surveying projects from both field and office perspectives. Services performed include ANR and definitive subdivision plans, condominium, topographic, existing conditions, aerial photogrammetric control, GPS control, and boundary surveys, construction layout, Massachusetts Land Court Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Massachusetts Department of Transportation surveys, settlement, and groundwater monitoring surveys, easement and lease plans, and FEMA Elevation Certificates. As Vice President, Greg focuses on Hancock’s western survey operations and serves on the company’s Board of Directors, Recruitment Committee, Archiving Committee, and IT Committee. He plays an integral role in Hancock’s relationships with UMass-Amherst and Western New England University.
