Jim O’Neil, L.L.S., P.L.S. has over 30 years of experience in land surveying. He is responsible for oversight of the surveying department in the Chelmsford, New Hampshire office as well as office and coordinating with the surveying teams in other offices. As Project Manager, Jim maintains client contact, supervises Staff and Field Crews and approves calculations, plans and reports for a wide range of projects including ALTA, construction layout, lot staking, FEMA, settlement monitoring, subdivisions and boundary plans.
