Joseph Peznola, P.E. has over 37 years of experience in land development projects for Hancock’s private sector development clients, non-profit organizations and municipalities. He has extensive experience in the development of complex, high-density commercial and residential developments throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. At Hancock Associates, Joe is responsible for managing the 25- person engineering division across Hancock’s eight offices, providing strategic planning and resource coordination, business development and technical quality control and assurance. He works with groups such as MHP, CHAPA and NHBA among others, to speak, advise and promote progress in the field of Civil Engineering. Joe recently was part of a dedicated group of responders to MA DEP’s proposed changes to stormwater regulations as a recognized expert in the field.
As Vice President of Engineering, Joe is dedicating additional vision to our Engineering Division, assisting in strategic planning and evolution of our Civil Engineering Division including technology growth, business development, daily operations, personnel growth, diversity and more.
