Katie Cruz, P.E., LEED AP

Katie Cruz, P.E., LEED AP is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts with over 18 years of experience in land development civil engineering and permit acquisitions for a wide variety of projects from initial planning through construction. She is responsible for overseeing site, drainage and utility design, preparation of permitting and construction documents, obtaining approvals and construction administration. Her responsibilities include coordination with clients, regulatory officials, in-house surveying and environmental departments and other consultants. The majority of Katie’s work has focused on large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial projects in urban and environmentally sensitive areas. She has also managed recreational, educational, community institutional, healthcare and smaller-scale projects throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore.
