Alisauskas Property
Project Overview
The Alisauskas Property in Gardner is comprised of six different parcels of land stretched over 224 acres. It contains various habitats including old fields, mature upland forests and hemlock wetlands along Bailey Brook. The City of Gardner acquired the land as part of its Open Space Conservation & Recreation Program. Andrysick Land Surveying, a Division of Hancock Associates, conducted deed research, field reconnaissance and a perimeter survey resulting in the preparation of a recordable survey plan for the open space and passive recreation property.
