St. John’s Preparatory School

Project Overview

In 2012, St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, MA began carrying out their strategic plan for the future, known as Prep 20/20. As a long-time partner of the school, they called on Hancock Associates to assist in the planning and implementation of two key initiatives, a new $24.9 million, 88,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center and $22.3 million, 74,000 sq. ft. Brother Keefe Academic Center as well as tennis courts relocation, ball field improvements, cemetery enhancements, solar field, etc. Now, in 2025, St. John’s has established their next strategic plan known as Vision 2032. They have once again called upon Hancock to help shape their future. The first project on the boards is the transformation of Memorial Dining Hall into a vibrant Student Commons.
