Project Overview
The APEX Center of New England in Marlborough is a world-class retail, hospitality, entertainment and activity complex located on 43 acres on Boston Post Road West. It features 11 high-profile buildings set within a beautifully landscaped campus that creates the feel of a contemporary village. Hancock Associates played a significant role in conducting all the pre-design surveys, land planning and civil engineering, helping to shape the design of the buildings, landscape and traffic circulation. Hancock’s involvement continued throughout construction by providing all the construction surveying to a myriad of contractors. The end result is an efficiently planned complex with an exceptional user experience.
