Project Overview

Hancock Associates provided land surveying services to facilitate the demolition of an existing school, and the planning and full site design of a new 150,000 sq. ft. school for over 800 students and 120 pre-k children. Hancock also provided construction layout services and development of an Easement Plan for the City of Springfield to support electrical infrastructure for the $95 million project of the DeBerry-Homer Elementary School.
