Project Overview

Hancock Associates provided civil engineering services to the expansion and additions of the Dedham Country & Polo Club. These included the expansion of the Clubhouse, new patio with trellis at the pool, new paddle ball hut, new pickle ball courts, new entry drive drop off area and accessible parking and accessible route improvements, new cart path for driving range, significant drainage and utility improvements, water loop coordinated with the Dedham-Westwood Water District for future extension by the District to the neighborhoods east of the Club, permitting with the Town of Dedham Planning Board and Conservation Commission.
