Former Greendale Mall

Project Overview

The former Greendale Mall property (20+ acres), located at the strategic intersection of Interstate Routes 190 and 290 in Worcester, MA, was torn down and the property was divided and repurposed as additional parking for an abutter and a regional warehouse center for a large corporation. Hancock Associates provided multiple land surveying services including Existing Conditions and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys that were extremely difficult due to multiple re-purposing of the land over the last 200 years.
