Project Overview

Hancock Associates provided land surveying and civil engineer services assisting New England Biolabs on a 100,000 sq. ft. expansion at their location at the historic James Proctor Estate in Ipswich, MA. The project includes a new research and development laboratory and daycare center for NEB employees.
