Salem Old Town Hall

Project Overview

Hancock Associates provided land surveying and civil engineering services for Salem’s Old Town Hall, a historic Federal-style building constructed in 1816 and the city’s oldest surviving municipal structure. Located in downtown Salem’s Derby Square, the building serves as a cultural and community gathering space. Hancock’s work included designing ADA-compliant entrances to the first-floor and basement levels, along with targeted improvements to the building’s masonry to support its continued use and preservation.
