Our Land Surveying staff takes the time to understand & define your issues so you can choose the right approach for your project. We recognize that your property is very likely your single most important asset and you rely on our extensive education, experience, equipment and training to help meet your needs. The efficiency and accuracy of our field work is enhanced through the use of state-of-the-art total stations and data collection equipment. Field work is downloaded and processed through the latest Autodesk™ software, and is then efficiently calculated and plotted producing a variety of digital and hard copy formats, saving you, the client, both time and money.

We provide a wide range of services from cadastral, topographic and ALTA title insurance surveys to construction layout and GPS. We are OSHA certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (Surveys) and our Professional Land Surveyors are registered in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.

Hancock has also assembled extensive historical records that enable us to perform surveying tasks in an efficient and cost effective manner. In addition, our archives contain records acquired from Carter & Towers Engineering Corp. and various surveyors and engineers, including records dating back to the mid 1800's. As part of the acquisition of the assets of Pembroke Survey, Hancock acquired a multitude of surveyor records.
