Breakwater North Harbor
Project Overview
Hancock Associates assisted in the redevelopment of the 8.7-acre waterfront site of the former Beacon-Bel Chevrolet dealership that stood vacant for 35 years. Our services included survey for the site and the adjacent DCR Lynnway Right-of-Way, engineering design and permitting and construction administration, layout and observations. The waterfront apartment community, now known as Breakwater North Harbor, consists of two podium-style buildings with 331-units, office and amenity space, parking, courtyards and a public harbor walk.
