East Pier
Project Overview
Hancock Associates provided comprehensive land surveying and civil engineering services to assist with the redevelopment of Massport Pier 1. Phase 1 features a five-story wood frame structure with 182 apartments, 8,000 square feet of ground retail space and underground parking. Phase 2 features two five-story buildings with 296 luxury residences, 11,000 square feet of amenities and an underground parking garage.
