Single Family Waterfront Home
Project Overview
Hancock Associates provided land surveying, civil engineering, and wetland science services at a waterfront single-family home located on Bass River to support the owner who bought the property and wanted to do some additional landscaping with a patio and walkway within Riverfront Area and buffer zone to Coastal Bank. The team conducted existing conditions surveys including transects in accordance with Coastal Zone Management Policies and the identification of invasive species, which needed to be treated to move forward with the proposed native restoration design, completed permitting, coordinated with other design professionals, conducted As-Built Survey of the home and hardscape features and prepared Final As-Built Plans to accompany the Certificate of Compliance request with the Beverly Conservation Commission once construction was complete.
