Project Overview

H.W. Moore, a division of Hancock Associates, provided services related to the design of utilities and securing permits from the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, Boston Conservation Commission, Boston Transportation Department and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for this 2.38-acre, mixed-use development. The 499,500 sq. ft. project includes a 12-floor hotel, 12-floor residential building, 14,400 sq. ft. of office space, 18,212 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space and a below-grade parking garage.
