MBTA Greenbush
Project Overview
Hancock Associates provided surveying and construction layout services for a new mixed-use, transit-oriented development located on a 4.5-acre site adjacent to the MBTA Greenbush Commuter Rail Station in Scituate, MA. The $25 million, six-building property consists of 78 one- and two-bedroom apartments with 11 affordable units, first floor retail space, 396 parking spaces and a pedestrian path.
