Project Overview

The Madison at Marshfield (a.k.a. Modera Marshfield) is a 330,316 sq. ft. transit-oriented residential development located between Boston and Cape Cod. It features two- and three-story townhomes, apartment flats, clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and dog park. Hancock Associates provided land surveying and civil engineering services to assist in its permitting and construction.
