Project Overview

This impressive mixed-use development is at the former site of Rowe’s Quarry and features a layout that can accommodate a spectacular boulevard road. With Hancock Associes’ civil engineering and land surveying services, the project was permitted for 2,800 residential units, 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and a 250-room hotel.
