Passive House for Active Recovery
Project Overview
Hancock Associates provided land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services for the design and permitting of this redevelopment project on a former urban infill site, adjacent to the Western Canal in Lowell. The four-story, mixed-use building has 27 affordable rental units for people recovering from substance abuse, office and community space as well as a laundry facility for residents and neighbors at the nearby North Canal property.
