Project Overview

The project included 77 affordable units for seniors, a health center, and an additional six affordable townhomes that were for sale and have now sold. Hancock Associates assisted with civil engineering services for this project, which includes a pocket park that features architectural elements from the former church, recreational spaces, and a parking area. The cost of the project was $38M and includes a site of just over an acre and 90,000 gross square feet in building space.
