May 28, 2019

Danvers, MA, May 28, 2019 — Hancock Associates, a leading local provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services, is pleased to announce its Noonan & McDowell division has moved to Hancock Associates’ Chelmsford location at 34 Chelmsford Street.

“John Noonan, P.E., P.L.S., manager of the Noonan & McDowell division, and I felt that the large office in Chelmsford would be a great hub for both clients and employees,” said Hancock Associates’ President Wayne C. Jalbert. “They both can take advantage of the combined resources, office amenities and its accessibility to Routes 495 and 3. It’s a move that just makes sense.”
