A Statement About COVID-19 From President of Hancock Associates, Wayne Jalbert

April 17, 2020

Dear Trusted Clients and Colleagues,

Hancock Associates has been taking the COVID-19 crisis seriously since its earliest stages. We enhanced personal sanitation supplies and protocols, required social distancing, increased frequency and intensity of office cleaning and enacted frequent messaging as the crisis unfolded. We established work-from-home capabilities for our staff and increased safety protocols for our field crews, including methods for maintaining appropriate distancing while conducting outdoor field surveys.

Under the Order from Governor Baker, a large majority of Hancock’s work has been considered essential. Therefore, we are available to service most of our clients and projects. You and your businesses matter to us, so we are here to help.

Please note our phones are being manned 8 hours a day. Since much of our staff is working remotely, we ask for your patience as your calls are returned. If possible, please email us for additional responsiveness.

These are unprecedented times. We’re taking the necessary protocols seriously and encourage you to do the same. Let’s work together so we can all return to the new normal as soon as safely and realistically possible.

Stay Safe and Be Well.

Wayne Jalbert
